- Manage and grow the social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and our website.
- Drive traffic to our platforms and increase brand visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, ad ROI, lead conversion) and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Identify and contact potential leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Support the planning of marketing campaigns and community outreach events.
- Relevant studies in Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Media, or other closely related fields.
- Approximately 2+ years of experience in social media marketing with proven success in delivering strong organic growth, user acquisition, curating content and delivering social engagement.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, analytics, and ad managers.
- Creative flair in writing and storytelling.
- Proactive and goal-driven approach.
- Fluency in English and Greek. Russian will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in marketing, digital media or business development is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and digital advertising tools.
- Basic understanding of insurance products (or willing to learn quickly).
- Salary + commission on every closed sale.
