- Hire, organize, and lead a cross-functional B2C team including designers, retention experts, and affiliate managers
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure platform scalability and technical performance
- Define and execute a comprehensive B2C strategy: product positioning, user acquisition, retention
- Lead marketing efforts: affiliate marketing, paid traffic, CRM, SEO, and brand building

- Proven iGaming experience, especially in B2C operations
- Track record of building and scaling teams from the ground up
