Our client is an international group of companies in the iGaming industry. The group is actively expanding its commercial reach and building skilled in-house teams to support strategic development across multiple verticals.Role Overview
This role is focused on driving user retention and player lifetime value across multiple brands and markets. The Head of Retention will lead the CRM and player engagement strategy, working closely with product, marketing, and data teams to improve segmentation, personalization, and player lifecycle performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the retention and reactivation strategy across all brands and marketsBuild and lead the CRM team (email, push, onsite, in-app, SMS)Define lifecycle journeys and segmentation logic for player groupsDrive player engagement through targeted campaigns and automationAlign retention initiatives with product features and bonus mechanicsTrack KPIs (ARPU, LTV, churn, reactivation) and optimize accordinglyCollaborate with BI, product, and marketing teams for data-driven planningEnsure compliance with communication and data privacy regulationsRequirements5+ years in CRM or retention-focused roles within the iGaming industryHands-on experience with retention platforms and campaign automationStrong understanding of player behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle managementProven ability to impact LTV, ARPU, and churn reductionFluent in English and RussianKey Soft SkillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detailStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsStructured and goal-oriented approachComfortable working in fast-paced, multi-brand environmentsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationFull ownership of the retention function with strategic visibilityCross-functional collaboration with product, data, and marketing teamsLong-term opportunity within a growing international iGaming groupMake retention a growth engine.
