Our client is one of the leading Oil and Gas companies and they are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist / Secretary for their offices in Nicosia and who will be responsible for covering the reception area and the telephones.Duties:
  • Handling all inbound calls
  • Meeting and greeting any gusts to the company
  • Documents in/out flow management
  • Daily administrative support of personnel
  • Arranging of video / conference calls
Qualifications Required:
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience
  • Professional, well-spoken and easy-going personality with a natural people and customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Fluency in English and Greek with Russian language skills a strong plus
Salary:
  • Salary based on experience.

Working hours:
  • Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
