- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players by offering personalized experiences and dedicated support
- Develop and execute player retention strategies, including exclusive promotions and incentives
- Identify revenue opportunities through engagement tactics and cross-selling high-margin products
- Proactively manage VIP player accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Monitor accounts to detect signs of problem gambling or suspicious activity, taking appropriate action
- Plan and oversee VIP events, promotions, and special tournaments
- Analyze player behavior and use insights to optimize engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, support, product) to coordinate VIP initiatives
- Ensure all VIP activities are in compliance with industry regulations and responsible gaming standards
- Proven experience in VIP account or customer relationship management within the iGaming sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret player data
- Results-driven approach to revenue growth and player retention
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and online gaming products (casino, sportsbook, poker) is a plus
- Understanding of responsible gaming guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
