- Build and maintain close relationships with VIP players, delivering a white-glove service experience
- Enhance retention and loyalty through personalized rewards, promotions, and engagement campaigns
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and cross-promotion of casino offerings
- Proactively engage with high-value clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless gaming experience
- Monitor player behavior and compliance, flagging any potential issues with fraud or responsible gaming
- Organize VIP events, tournaments, and special promotions tailored to individual players
- Analyze player metrics and feedback to optimize engagement strategies and lifetime value
- Collaborate across departments (CRM, support, marketing, product) to improve the VIP experience
- Ensure all activities follow regulatory standards, especially in areas of responsible gaming
- 2+ years of experience in VIP management or account management within the iGaming industry
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a high level of professionalism
- Data-driven mindset, able to interpret player data and adapt strategies accordingly
- Experience using CRM platforms and familiarity with online casino environments
- Understanding of responsible gaming policies and regulatory frameworks
- Flexible schedule to meet VIP players' availability, including evenings or weekends if needed
- Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
