Senior Motion Graphic Designer

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital platforms and video.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual storytelling aligned with brand goals.
• Execute animations using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, and 3D software and other related tools.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with senior graphic designer to produce 360 campaigns.
• Stay updated on design trends and animation techniques to keep content fresh.
• Work closely with the creative operations team to align on workflows, manage timelines, and ensure seamless project execution.

• Bachelor's Degree in Motion Graphics or another relevant field.
• Approximately 5 + years in motion graphics, with a portfolio showing high impact work across formats and industries.
• Experience working within fintech, finance, or tech industries will be considered a plus.
• Clear storytelling, advanced animation techniques, good taste in visual hierarchy, and an understanding of timing.
• Software Proficiency: After Effects (expressions & plugins like Red Giant), Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (for handoff), Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D or Blender (for 3D), and Audition (for audio polish).
• Ability to conceptualize, visualize, and effectively present ideas to stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills, Arabic proficiency is a plus.
