- Produce creatives for paid ads, social media posts in multiple languages, landing pages, print materials (Brochures, Flyers, Design Gifts, Posters, Roll up Banners etc.).
- Adapt designs for different platforms and formats.
- Collaborate with content writers to be aligned.
- Develop creative solutions and visual concepts.
- Manage multiple design projects with multiple departments and meet deadlines.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously bring fresh ideas.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva and other creative tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creative thinking.
- Deep understanding of layout, typography, color, branding, and user-centered design.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills. Arabic proficiency is a plus.
