The team specializes in scaling traffic acquisition through Google Ads, collaborating with top-tier affiliate networks and advertisers worldwide. To support their growing business, they are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment and HR operations.As HR Manager, you will be responsible for building and optimizing recruitment processes, sourcing top talent in media buying and affiliate marketing, and driving the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to adaptation. The ideal candidate is well-versed in the dynamics of traffic arbitrage, understands the fast-paced nature of the industry, and brings strong organizational skills to scale hiring efforts effectively.NDARemote(Remote)Full-timeResponsibilities:
  • Designs and implements efficient recruitment processes to attract top media buying specialists
  • Leads the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Builds strong candidate pipelines using modern HR tools and best recruitment practices
  • Ensures seamless employee adaptation and integration into the team
  • Continuously develops and improves HR strategies to support business growth
  • Works independently with high levels of autonomy and decision-making
  • Maintains agility in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly to hiring needs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR management and talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, traffic arbitrage, and media buying
  • Experience using automated recruitment tools and platforms
  • Proficiency in conducting various interview formats: screening interviews, case interviews, stress interviews, projective techniques, and group interviews
  • Background in deep candidate analysis and assessment
  • Previous experience building and managing HR teams
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
