- Processing deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on the established policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering procedures
- Assisting internally all departments with any issues related to client funds
- Assisting and coordinating with sales/relation/support teams of the company’s shift
- Maintaining records in relation to clients’ transactions
- Preparing customer balances and reconciling accordingly
- Providing suggestions on system enhancements
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as requested
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is a must.
- Good understanding of banking and third-party payment provider systems.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Fluency in English Language is a must.
- Computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting/finance/economics or related field will be considered as an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and procedures
- Knowledge of CRM platforms will be considered as an advantage.
- Up to 3k Gross according to qualifications and experience.

- The successful candidate should be able to work on rotation shifts.
- Kindly note that for the Back Office position the working hours will be on a Weekly Shift Rotation basis.
- The shifts are as follows:
- 08:00-17:00 (based on manager’s approval)
- 09:00-18:00
- 13:00-22:00 (from home)
- 19:00-03:00 (from home)
