Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Answering calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Organizing documents and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Assisting clients with submitting required documentation, such as forms and identification.
  • Scheduling meetings and providing reminders to the team.
  • Providing administrative support to the team in day-to-day office operations.
  • Performing basic data entry and assisting with invoicing tasks.
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a relevant administrative role.
  • Prior experience working for an Accounting, Audit and or Tax firm will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Fluent command of English and Greek, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and enjoy working with checklists.
  • Friendly, professional, and enjoy providing excellent support to others.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable, and capable of handling confidential information with care.
