- Answering calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Organizing documents and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.
- Assisting clients with submitting required documentation, such as forms and identification.
- Scheduling meetings and providing reminders to the team.
- Providing administrative support to the team in day-to-day office operations.
- Performing basic data entry and assisting with invoicing tasks.
- Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
- An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar is desirable.
- Previous experience in a relevant administrative role.
- Prior experience working for an Accounting, Audit and or Tax firm will be considered a significant advantage.
- Fluent command of English and Greek, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and enjoy working with checklists.
- Friendly, professional, and enjoy providing excellent support to others.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Reliable, and capable of handling confidential information with care.
