- Define and manage the product vision, goals, and roadmap focused on user journey optimization and growth.
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer insights.
- Map and improve the end-to-end customer journey to reduce friction points.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to validate hypotheses and improve funnel performance.
- Define KPIs and tracking performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Act as a bridge between Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other teams to align efforts and deliver impactful features.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management within the trading industry.
- Solid understanding of trading systems, automated strategy development, backtesting, and execution algorithms.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, data analysis, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with algo trading will be a plus.
