We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our internal Client Portal—an essential CRM system that supports customer management teams including CDD, AML Risk, and Business Growth. This role requires full product ownership: from defining the strategic roadmap to ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. The Client Portal handles sensitive data, so trustworthiness, leadership, and stakeholder management are key. Your main focus will be on building a scalable, modular platform that improves efficiency, reduces time-to-configure features like APM setups, and aligns cross-team efforts. You’ll balance user needs, regulatory compliance, and business goals while proactively identifying technical debt risks.Location: Hybrid in Limassol, CyprusReporting to: Senior Product ManagerWhat you will do:
  • Define, own, and deliver the Client Portal product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, AML, Marketing, Operations) and developers to execute efficiently
  • Partner with design and engineering to build scalable, intuitive features
  • Lead product discovery and ideation, especially for CRM-related features
  • Validate new ideas using user feedback and data analysis
  • Develop strategies that support cross-market scalability and localization
  • Identify performance and growth opportunities using data and market research
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and security standards across all supported regions
  • Manage third-party integrations and collaborate with API/backend platform teams
Who you are: * Versatile communicator able to adapt language and explanations based on audience expertise—from stakeholders to developers.
  • Experienced in end-to-end product delivery with clear examples of vision, execution, and measurable outcomes.
What we need: * Proven experience as a Product Manager with full product ownership—from strategy through discovery, development, and delivery—ideally in FinTech, payments, CRM, ERP, or CMS systems.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to unite cross-functional teams and push initiatives forward under pressure.
  • Expertise in handling internal tools (CRM/ERP/CMS) within B2B and/or B2C environments.
  • Excellent prioritization and change management skills, with a focus on ruthless prioritization and outcome ownership.
  • Experience with cross-market management, including localization, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Strategic, data-driven decision-making combined with adaptive communication skills suitable for both business and technical audiences.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, platform integrations, and scalable product design—without needing to be deeply technical.
  • Demonstrated capability in proactively identifying risks, managing multiple subjects simultaneously, and improving platform efficiency.
