Public Relations Specialist

• Support company's public relations efforts through coordination with PR agency.
• Review and distribute press materials, track media coverage, and prepare monthly PR reports.
• Plan and execute internal and external events (e.g., Company Talk, expos, IB Events, CSR activities) including logistics, branding, and marketing coordination.
• Collaborate with Studio and Content, to ensure consistent event-related messaging and visuals.
• Implement CSR initiatives in line with company's community values, coordinating with partners, brand ambassador and tracking outcomes.
• Maintain visibility of all PR, event, and CSR activities using Monday.com and Google drive.
• Handling complaints that come from PR agency or brand ambassador etc. and make sure they are shared with the Complaints Department for follow-up.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3+ of experience in public relations, preferably in fintech, finance, or tech industries.
• Experienced in managing external PR agencies to boost brand visibility and media coverage.
• Strong background in organizing and managing events such as Expos, external events of the company.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content for various audiences.
• Good in media relations and familiar with tracking and analyzing PR metrics to measure campaign success.
• Comfortable working in fast - paced, high growth environments where priorities can shift quickly.
• Strong team player with experience collaborating across departments including marketing, product, legal, and leadership.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
