Your mission will be to recruit top talent and establish a foundation for their success and fulfillment. Collaborating closely with peers, management, and colleagues across departments, you will nurture a supportive and collaborative work environment.What you’ll do:

Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we hire top talents that align with our values.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience and promote engagement.
Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
Conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation sessions to facilitate seamless integration of new hires.
Cultivate and strengthen company culture through organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
Address employee relations matters by offering guidance and support to employees and management.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Continuously assess and enhance HR policies and procedures to optimize organizational effectiveness.
Facilitate professional development and training opportunities that empower employees to grow and excel.

RequirementsWhat we’re looking for:

Demonstrated experience as an HR professional specializing in recruitment and enhancing employee experience.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at collaborating effectively in international teams with peers, management, and colleagues across various departments.
Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Proficiency in HR best practices and a sound understanding of relevant legislation.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, dedicated to fostering a supportive and thriving workplace environment.
Proficient in HR software and tools for recruitment.
