- Own and drive marketing-sourced revenue targets, developing strategies that directly contribute to lead generation, pipeline growth, and client acquisition across proprietary trading and brokerage services.
- Build full-funnel demand generation campaigns to target institutional investors, hedge funds, asset managers, and active traders across key geographies.
- Work closely with sales, business development, and trading desks to ensure marketing efforts are directly aligned with revenue goals, market penetration, and client activation.
- Develop and execute go to market strategies tailored for each vertical (FX prop trading, futures prop trading, B2B white label infrastructure, regulated brokerage), ensuring positioning, messaging, and client acquisition efforts align with each audience’s unique persona, value proposition, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all marketing initiatives adhere to regulatory standards, while also driving innovation and differentiation across all segments.
- Platform Marketing & Partner Enablement
- Lead marketing for the B2B (white label) business, creating targeted go to market collateral, onboarding materials, and partner engagement campaigns to attract and activate new platform clients.
- Utilize CRM insights, marketing attribution models, and performance analytics to optimize campaigns, track ROI, and present data backed insights to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in marketing operations by evaluating and implementing next gen marketing technologies, including AI powered tools for automation, personalization, and content generation
- Develop and own the global marketing strategy aligned with business goals across proprietary trading, prime brokerage, and electronic execution services.
- Serve as a senior member of the leadership team, advising on brand, communications, and customer engagement strategies.
- Build and evolve a strong, differentiated brand identity within the capital markets ecosystem.
- Lead all internal and external communications efforts, including PR, media relations, crisis communications, and regulatory messaging.
- Design and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Own the company’s digital presence including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Optimize the use of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
- Spearhead a robust content marketing program including white papers, market insights, educational resources, and executive commentary.
- Position key executives as thought leaders through op-eds, panel appearances, podcasts, and interviews.
- Ensure alignment of all content with compliance and regulatory standards
- Oversee the planning and execution of industry events, global conferences, and webinars.
- Manage sponsorship strategy to maximize visibility and ROI within targeted trading and finance communities.
- Build and lead a high-performing global marketing team across content, digital, design, and operations.
- Manage external vendors and agencies including PR firms, creative studios, and content partners.
- Set and track KPIs across all marketing functions, ensuring accountability and budget discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years in marketing leadership roles within the financial services sector, preferably in proprietary trading, brokerage, fintech, or capital markets.
- Strong grasp of institutional client segments and financial product positioning (e.g., algorithmic trading, prime brokerage, liquidity services, FX, crypto, or derivatives).
- Proven success in B2B financial services marketing, lead generation, and brand building.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with the ability to simplify complex topics for multiple audiences.
- Experience managing global teams and marketing across multiple regions (EMEA, LATAM,APAC ).
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to marketing in financial services.
- EU-citizenship.
- The working hours are flexible: 8.00-9:30 - 17:00- 18:30. This is a hybrid role (2 days from home and 3 days from the office).
