About the ClientOur exclusive client is a fully regulated crypto platform offering institutional-grade infrastructure and B2B solutions. Their services span trading, payments, custody, fiat on/off ramps, and digital asset management, designed for fintech, iGaming, e-commerce, and financial platforms.Role OverviewThe Head of HR will drive the people agenda, building scalable HR frameworks to support the companys rapid growth. This role requires a hands-on yet strategic HR leader with experience in dynamic and international environments, ideally within fintech, payments, or iGaming.Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with company goals.
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Drive performance management, learning & development, and career growth frameworks.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with Cyprus labour law and EU regulations.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organisational design and people strategy.

Requirements

7+ years HR experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
Proven experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or iGaming industries.
Strong knowledge of Cyprus employment law and EU HR regulations.
Track record in building HR systems and processes from the ground up.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
