
Back Office Officer

- Handle client onboarding, including verification of documents and KYC procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC/AML compliance standards.
- Conduct ongoing client monitoring and assess AML risks using established procedures.
- Reconcile transactions between client accounts and bank accounts.
- Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on trades, positions, P&L (Profit & Loss), and risk exposure.
- Provide accurate and timely data to management as requested.
- Assist in monitoring margin requirements, credit limits, and client exposure.
- Investigate failed or delayed deposits and withdrawals.
- Communicate effectively with payment providers and banks regarding transaction issues.
- Liaise with the finance and accounting departments on pending deposit or withdrawal queries.
- Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent applications and transaction patterns.
- Proactively suggest improvements to onboarding and operational processes.
- Proven experience in a Back Office role, preferably within Forex or Fintech industries.
- Good understanding of trading systems, financial products, and back-office procedures.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
