- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing solutions
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
- Engaging Potential Clients: Reach out to leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our trading services
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
- Plan and execute initiatives to ensure the client receives the most value from the company’s products or services
- Address and assist the clients as per compliance and legal requirements
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients for new offerings or services
- Building Trust: Educate prospects about the about our services regarding forex/finance market and the benefits of trading with our brokerage
- Closing Sales: Guide prospects through the account creation process, address their concerns, and motivate them to start trading
- Meeting Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion KPIs.
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager, or as an Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role
- Native Farsi speaker
- Strong knowledge of the financial market and trading platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Based in Cyprus
- The working hours are 7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (onsite job)
