- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
- Reach out to leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our trading services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Plan and execute initiatives to ensure the client receives the most value from the company's products or services.
- Address and assist the clients as per compliance and legal requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients for new offerings or services.
- Educate prospects about the about our services regarding forex/finance market and the benefits of trading with our brokerage.
- Guide prospects through the account creation process, address their concerns, and motivate them to start trading.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion KPIs.
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager, or as an Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
- Native Farsi speaker.
- Strong knowledge of the financial market and trading platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
