We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and fast-growing forex brokerage firm with a strong global presence and a solid reputation in the industry. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a motivated Partnership Coordinator to support the development and management of their Affiliate and Introducing Broker (IB) programs.The Partnership Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Partnerships team, managing day-to-day operations related to the CRM platform, and ensuring seamless communication and support for affiliates and IB partners. This position is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about client relationship management in a fast-paced financial environment.about the roleRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the main point of contact for affiliates and IBs, BD department regarding onboarding, account setup, and general support
  • Maintain and update partnership data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. marketing, compliance, payments, and IT) to ensure smooth partner management
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance reports through the CRM, generating insights and assisting in strategy development
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining promotional materials, referral links, and commission structures within the system
  • Provide ongoing CRM support to the Partnerships team, including reporting, data entry, and troubleshooting
  • Support the onboarding and due diligence process of new partners
  • Help organize partner-related campaigns, events, or webinars as needed
basic information:REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in the Forex or financial services industry is a strong advantage
  • Experience working with CRM platforms
  • Basic understanding of affiliate/IB models in the FX/CFD industry
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) - additional languages are a plu
