Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts
Ensure timely delivery of products and services according to client needs
Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams
Address client issues and resolve complaints promptly to maintain strong client satisfaction and trust
Monitor, forecast, and report on key account metrics
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Prepare regular reports on account status, performance, and growth potentialRequired qualifications, capabilities & skills:Proven experience in the online gambling/iGaming industry
Demonstrated success in an Account Manager role or a similar client-facing position
Technical understanding of iGaming platforms/products is a plus
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
