- Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts from first contact to close
- Present payment solutions to merchants and fintech clients across industries
- Own commercial negotiations and manage deal closing
- Align with product and tech teams to deliver tailored offers
- Maintain CRM records and provide accurate forecasts
- Optionally, represent the company at events and conferencesRequirements- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in payments or fintech
- Proven ability to close mid- to large-ticket deals
- Strong understanding of acquiring, APMs, FX, compliance, and payment flows
- Full-cycle sales experience: lead gen, outreach, proposals, negotiation, closing
- Fluent English (written and spoken); based in Cyprus or willing to relocateKey Soft Skills- Consultative sales approach and solution-building mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
