- Assist in the development and management of affiliate and B2B partner relationships
- Monitor traffic quality and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Organize meetings and calls with partners to strengthen collaboration
- Respond to partner requests and provide exceptional service support
- Coordinate with internal teams: marketing, product, support, and finance
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform internal decisions
- Previous experience in customer support, account management, or related roles
- Experience in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage
- English language proficiency (B1+); French is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Willingness to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing, CPA, and RevShare models is a plus
