- Act as a bridge between product, sales, and marketing, driving growth and adoption of our solutions.
- Deeply understand payments industry trends, and competitive landscape, and use this knowledge to shape positioning and strategy.
- Push boundaries: get things done, challenge the status quo, and make sure our product stands out in the market.
- Partner with clients and prospects to explain how different payment products function, uncover needs, and craft tailored solutions.
- Quickly grasp the technology and architecture of our product to effectively communicate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing to define product messaging and go-to-market campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS, ideally from a leading company in the industry.
- Solid understanding of payment flows and integrations.
- A natural communicator – persuasive, confident, and able to sell a product story.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to push through obstacles to achieve results.
- Strong mix of product knowledge, business development, and sales orientation.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate them into business value.
- Good level of English and fluent Russian
